Cross Service Action Plans

Whilst the Corporate Delivery Plan (CDP) sets out our overall vision for 2020-2030 and the subsequent 2 year Delivery Plans detail how we will achieve the objectives set out within it, we also have a series of ‘Cross Service Action Plans’. These Action Plans underpin the principles of the CDP, whilst providing more detail on specific large-scale projects.  Action Plans will affect multiple service areas and will require input from a variety of people spanning the organisation. It is important to familiarise yourself with the documents and the actions within them so workloads can be monitored and discussed at your Progress Meetings.
