Exchange

Our ‘Exchange’ programme provides an opportunity for staff to learn more about the organisation, offer opinion on a range of service areas or to contribute to the growth and development of the overall Trust. Events can take the form of large-scale showcase or training events to smaller, more intimate gatherings like our ‘Coffee Chats’.
