Coffee Chats

Our programme of Coffee Chats was set up to allow all staff at all levels to have access to the Chief Officer and Executive Management Team for a period of time in a relaxed and informal environment. They have been running for a few years now and have been a really successful component of our Exchange programme. Coffee Chats have taken various forms over the years – from focusing on specific topics with open-invite through to the Executive Management Team going on tour round venues.  

We would like to thank everyone who has attended throughout 2024; your contribution has been greatly appreciated and hope you all found the Coffee Chats to be beneficial.
