Staff Ambassador Roles
General duties
Specific duties will be assigned to each Ambassador portfolio, but all roles will share the overall remit of providing regular and positive promotion, sharing knowledge, experience and good practice both internally and externally, offering peer support and guidance and becoming an advocate of all areas of the business. Positive interactions and collaborations with other staff, whilst always demonstrating the Values and Behaviours of our organisation, is essential.
Staff Ambassador: Sharing Our Vision
Could you be our Staff Ambassador for ‘Sharing Our Vision’?
Are you interested in celebrating success, seeking out stories and uncovering the hidden ‘news’ gems that lie waiting to be discovered within the organisation? As our Sharing Our Vision Ambassador you will focus on the use of social media across various platforms to increase sales and/or attendances and overall social interaction with the Trust. You will produce creative and engaging content and share your good practice to others throughout the organisation.
Staff Ambassador: Investing in Our People
Would you like to become our Staff Ambassador for Investing in Our People? Do you have an interest in wellbeing initiatives which could help staff teams enrich their lives whilst at work and at home?
You will support the wellbeing policies we already have in place by investigating new techniques or practices that we could employ to help our teams. You may already have an interest in mental health, alternative therapies, women’s health or any other form of wellbeing which you would love to explore further and develop ways to embed new practices into our organisation.
Staff Ambassador: Protecting Our Environment
Are you interested in using your passion for the outdoors and the environment in the role of Staff Ambassador?
With the launch of our Net Zero Climate Strategy in 2024, this is your chance to see how it impacts our venues and how you can contribute towards supporting a positive environmental change.
We have a number of initiatives running throughout our portfolio of venues and we are looking for someone to provide a critical eye; is our online information reflective of what you find when you visit our sites? What is your experience when you come into one of our venues - from the overall cleanliness and the products we use, to the presentation of our grounds and recycling provision?
