Apprenticeship Programme

The evolution of Ayrshire360 provides the opportunity to refresh our Charity of Choice Initiative and as part of our commitment to local employment, skills and economic contribution, we decided to strengthen our investment in our Apprenticeship programme. At the February 2026 Board we proposed to bring the Charity of Choice to a conclusion and launch a new scheme which would see all donations, charitable collections and fundraising being directly invested into the support of apprenticeships, which the Board approved.

Ayrshire360 provides a wealth of opportunities to nurture talent and develop skills of our younger communities through our wide and varied service areas.  We will provide updates to our customers and stakeholders charting the apprentices’ progress, development and progression through their professional career.
