Strategic Vision
The Strategic Vision 2020-30 provides a 10 year vision for East Ayrshire Leisure that provides strong and ambitious objectives, outlines clear timescales for delivery and sets a strategic direction that will develop the Trust into a more independent, resilient, innovative and inclusive organisation. Within this 10 year period, the Trust will continue to grow as a leisure provider, facilitator and partner that is recognised on both a local and national stage.
