Supporting Wellbeing
In this Conversational Employee Essentials session, you will learn more about supporting your own wellbeing, the importance of self-care and how to access internal and external supports. The course will explore:
What does good wellbeing look like for me
The personal impact I get from good wellbeing
Practical steps I can take to support my overall wellbeing
Supporting others – the power of “Are you ok?”

Resilience Coaching 
Building Resilience: Self-Care. Often our self-care is neglected. This course will explore how you can prioritise self-care and increase your energy levels
Building Resilience: Managing your Mindset. Much of our ability to be resilient depends on what we are thinking. This course will develop strategies for managing our thinking. In turn, this can have a real positive effect on how we respond to challenging situations
One to one sessions: We can also offer one to one sessions with a qualified Resilience Coach

Mindfulness
A variety of mindfulness sessions are available which will provide you with the tools to practice mindfulness and embed into your daily life. There are taster sessions, team sessions and 4 week courses all of which are led by qualified mindfulness practitioners.

One to One Sessions
These 45 minute individual sessions will be tailored to your needs and are delivered by trained members of staff utilising a variety of tools and techniques such as hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). 

Finding Inner Calm Programme
This 4 week programme will help you to understand and manage anxiety and stress and help quieten your busy mind. You will be provided with the tools and skills required to help maintain a more balanced life. 

It's Good to Talk
Talking about how you are feeling can be good for your overall wellbeing. Just being listened to can help you feel supported and less alone. And it works both ways; if you open up, it might encourage others to do the same.It’s not always easy to find the right words or know where to start. These Organisational Development sessions may help.We should continue to demonstrate our B.E.S.T values and behaviours and above all, be kind to yourself and to others.

Caring & Empowered Conversations
Understanding the benefits of caring and empowered conversations
Recognising what a caring and empowered conversation looks and sounds like
Knowing the importance of these conversations in continuing to embed our B.E.S.T. values and behaviours
Understanding how open and honest conversations help to achieve positive outcomes
With some additional tools and techniques that will help you to embed caring and empowered conversations in your day to day work

E-Learning

Supporting Wellbeing – this module can be used as pre-work to the Supporting Wellbeing courses or as a standalone. This was developed by Healthy Working Lives and considers how we can support Mentally Healthy Workplaces.
Nurturing Emotional Wellbeing through Self-Care – this module highlights the importance of self- care with ideas on how to promote and support positive mental health and wellbeing.
