Leadership Development

East Ayrshire Leisure ensures a commitment to the development of all staff and our newly introduced Leadership Development programme covers a wide range of topics and has 4 modules to complete. Sessions are delivered in small groups and each session contains practical advice, workshops and additional resources for use in the workplace.
